If you only have 2D drawings and not CAD files, it requires a manual quotation by our engineers and the creation of a 3D file ready for production. Currently, we do not have capacities to process private requests. Therefore, the manual calculation is only available for corporate customers.
I am a corporate customer. What should I do?
If you represent a company, please add your company information in the account settings:
Go to Your Name – Account details.
In the section Billing Details add a billing account. Choose Corporate type of account and fill in all required fields.
Set this billing account as default.
After that, you can get back to your quote and send a request for a quotation.
How to get a quote as a private customer?
For private customers, our instant quoting functions are available without limitations: You can always get instant quotes with standard quote configuration:
Manufacturing process: CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication or 3D printing
File formats: STEP, STP, SLDPRT, STL, SAT, 3DXML, 3MF, PRT, IPT, CATPART, X_T, PTC, X_B + DXF (for sheet cutting)
Line item value: up to €7,000
Line item quantity: up to 1,000 pcs
